LA cops, mean and incompetent?

okay, we all know the jokes (or truths) about LA cops (or at least the reputation of LA cops). but this is crazy. OVER 120 rounds shot into a car. nevermind the guy was unarmed, etc. but of the 120+ rounds fired by 13 officers SURROUNDING a suspect’s car, the suspect was only hit FOUR times!!! one deputy hit by “friendly fire” and some nearby home owners reported as hit by bullets. so it certainly seems like there was more collateral damage (other people shot) than the suspect. i bet combined there were more bullets in the others than in the suspect and his four hits. crazy.
